Apply pigment directly on the eyelid or top up an eyeshadow look using the eye brushes in our Essential brush set.
Use the flat dense brush for intense application or fluffy brush for a more sparse application.
They can be turned into smudge-proof liquid eyeliners or create colored lashes using our Holy Grail Mixing Medium.
They can also be used as lipstick toppers.
Neon pigments are very versatile, so use as desired but do not ingest or inhale.

They are so bright and obviously so pigmented I have gotten them to blend out Relly well a couple of times but I feel like you have to use a specific primer but I really love this product and recommend it to everyone
