Do You Accept Returns?

I did not receive my product as yet I order it from January 10 today is January 24 and I don’t receive as yet.

I am a little disappointed. My glosses don't have a shimmer/sparkle in them. And the pencils are okay. When I use them, my lips do not look like I thought they would. Feel like I spent too much $ on some basic products. I also didn't receive the same kind of lip gloss that was shown. I got another kind. Not a good experience
