• Prep the glitters with our Gel in a Tube Glitter Primer to minimize fallout.
• Prep the neon pigments with a creamy eyeshadow base, primer, or concealer to minimize fallout.
• Apply glitter or neon pigments to the eyelid directly or on top of an eyeshadow look using the eye brushes in our Essential brush set.
• Use the flat dense brush for intense application or the fluffy brush for a more sparse application.
• Use can also use our Holy Grail Mixing Medium for the Pigments to create gorgeous eyeliners.
• These glitters and neon pigments are versatile; they can also be used on the lips, face, hair, body, hair, and nails. Don't limit yourself to just the eyes.
