The Neon pigments consist of 7 different shades of intensely pigmented neon pigments. PS: They glow under UV light.

• Prep your eyelid with a creamy eyeshadow base, primer, or concealer to minimize fallout.
• Apply pigment directly on the eyelid or top up an eyeshadow look using the eye brushes in our Essential brush set.
• Use the flat dense brush for intense application or fluffy brush for a more sparse application.
• They can be turned into smudge-proof liquid eyeliners or create colored lashes using our Holy Grail Mixing Medium.
• They can also be used as lipstick toppers.
• Neon pigments are very versatile, so use as desired but do not ingest or inhale.
