• Prep the glitters with our Gel in a Tube Glitter Primer to minimize fallout.
• Prep the neon pigments with a creamy eyeshadow base, primer, or concealer to minimize fallout.
• Apply glitter or neon pigments to the eyelid directly or on top of an eyeshadow look using the eye brushes in our Essential brush set.
• Use the flat dense brush for intense application or the fluffy brush for a more sparse application.
• You can also use our Holy Grail Mixing Medium for the Pigments to create gorgeous eyeliners.
• These glitters and neon pigments are versatile; they can also be used on the lips, face, hair, body, hair, and nails. Don't limit yourself to just the eyes.

Pigments contain Solvent yellow, Pigment green, Copper phthalocyanine, Basic violet, Basic red, and Melamine formaldehyde resin.
